It appears we get a new character from L. Frank Baum's "The Wizard of Oz" on March 9 2013!

"On Sunday March 9, 'Once Upon a Time' returns with no repeats for the rest of the season and an all-new spellbinding chapter as one of the world's most sinister characters invades Storybrooke."

The new character, whoever she is, will be played by Rebecca Mader.
